Breakfast is one of my favorite meals of the day- it can be either sweet, or savory... or both 😉
ill usually go for some proats in the morning- which is basically porridge made using :
1cup oats, 2cups liquid: plantmilk+water microwaved for 2/3 minutes (or in a hob over the stove if i have more time in the mornings), mixed in with protein powder for texture/ taste/ nutrients / and thickness, and topped with fresh & dried fruit, cinnamon/ cacao powder, coconut yoghurt, seeds, nuts, syrup/ choc sauce, and coconut shredding (my fave 😉) ..... Or ill have avocado on toast with ground black pepper ontop 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼 Buuut sometimes i feel adventurous and ill have oats, cereal, and protein powder for an afternoon snack by: blending 1scoop protein powder, 1 banana, 1 cup plant milk in a blender and then
pouring it into a cereal bowl with a chopped apple, oats, cereal, coconut shredding, choc sauce, and all the good stuff!
My toppings do vary according to my mood/ cravings/ time availability 😂, but i'll usually go a little crazy with them! What's everyone else's favourite porridge / breakfast bowl condiment or combo? 💞💞💞✨
