PRE WORKOUT MEAL + SUPPS ✅ 200g chicken, some mixed veg, tblsp passata, 300g potato + tblsp of extra virgin olive oil. ✅ RedCon1 Tango (creatine + betaine blend), MPA supplements Celluvol (pre workout) + little bit of caffeine and theanine if needed (or a coffee). I'm not a big fan of heavy stimulant based pre workout formulas and super fussy about what go into them or I spend money on.
Very few on the market actually provide clinical doses of ingredients that do anything and are just the equivalent of an overly priced caffeine powder with a fancy label on them!
Creatine, betaine, l-citrulline, nitrosigine + good hydration = nice performance booster
