Always one to be fascinated by psychology, language and peak performance. I discovered the power of visualization before I even knew that deliberately creating your life or your body through action starts 1st with deliberately creating it your mind. Not the other way around.
Up above and so below.
Visualizing a better life or better body and health is pretty simple really, you do it all the time!
But instead of creating reality, we react to it. That is how we've been conditioned to live. That is the programming that most people subscribe to and it's a self fulfilling prophecy. It's feels like life is against you and it is because you ARE against you.
I used to be seriously hyper vigilant about everything and anything... I would sleep with clothing on and clothing at the end of my bed just in case I would have to flee the house in the middle of the night 🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️ I could make the worst happen just by thinking about it a lot. Making up some crazy scary what if scenarios, and unfortunately the ones I really focused on came true.
And then it dawned on me... I'm really good at focusing, I've always been a good visualizer. Just focused on REACTING.
