My #glutenfree good night snack has been looking a lot like this lately 👉🏻 some chocolate (thanks to my favorite 🍫 chocolate cake mix from @pamelasproducts) and some creamy #vegan ice cream 🍦 (this time, from @coconutbliss, though @so_delicious and @perfectlyfreetreats are also in my freezer). I'm not gonna lie: when I was first diagnosed with #celiac disease, #coeliac majorly screwed up my relationship with food 🙅🏻♀️. At first, I thought eating #glutenfreefood wasn't enough to heal me. I also "had" to eat 100% healthy. And while it's true that I needed to do more than just eat gluten free to heal my intestinal damage (read more about my looooong and complicated 😅 journey to thriving with #celiacdisease on my blog), #healthyliving for me today involves treats like these almost every night 👅. The diet that works for me may not work for you, and vice versa. I'd just encourage everyone to find the diet that makes YOUR life feel (and taste) pretty dang sweet ✨!
