(And really should have an emoji) 🌱 making 16 oz of fresh celery juice has become part of my morning ritual and it makes such a huge difference in my digestion. If I miss a day when I run out of celery and don't make it to the store, I really notice the difference! And my body actually misses the taste in the morning! Celery juice not only rebuilds HCL in our gut, but improves kidney function, restores the adrenals (great for helping heal chronic fatigue!) and eases monkey mind 🐒 which is there are so many thoughts circulating through you mind it's hard to calm down.
