This Beet & Raspberry smoothie from @roccoshealthyanddelicious is easy to make. Give it a try with my compliments:
½ cup chopped raw beets
1 cup raspberries
¾ cup water
2 packets Monk Fruit
1 scoop Rocco’s Protein Powder
In a blender, combine the beets, raspberries, water, monk fruit, and protein powder and puree until smooth, about 1 minute.
