Hey everyone! Late post this week, and it's not an update, I just wanted to bring attention to a recent video made by @skyscape_tcg over on their YouTube channel SkyScape_TCG discussing the possibility of holo/foil cards being made on the gamecrafter website and accessible for all of our games!
If you get the time, head over there and take a peak into the video, Jared makes some pretty cool points and it's always refreshing to hear creators talk about ideas on how we can continue to grow and develop as creators just as well as a community.
This has been on alot of creators minds though, specially ever since @thegamecrafter released their new foil packs on their site. I for one would be up for hearing on the possibility from any of the team. Or what would it take in order to make it a possibility.
I personally would love to see holos on the site, though I have a few concerns of my own for the site. Now that I have experienced the new foil packs myself and witnessed the foil can wear and come away from the packs pretty easy, so foil cards make me a little sceptical. Asides from that I'd be more interested in making the site more accessible and affordable for worldwide creators, specially since reliability has become another major topic for alot of creators, and not alot of indie developers have the expenses to continue to use the site.
But anyway, this is long enough, be sure to check out the vid everyone, and I'd love to hear what your guys thoughts and ideas are! 🤙🤙🤙 #homemadetcg #tcg #cardmaker #indie #indiegame #cardgame #community #artistoninstagram #gamedesign #updates #ccg #htcg #gamecrafter #tradingcardgame
