Chef Kiran cooked Confit Duck legs with Indian spices, duck fat, and ground Bison & Venison. Due to the fact that she does not use any pork in the restaurant, Chef Kiran made Duck Bacon, added boiled white beans to the meat, and garnished with sweet red and yellow pickled peppers.
