If you've been following me you know my addiction to #CarrotFries is real. They are similar to sweet potato fries but lower in calories. To make simply cut whole organic carrots in strips, place them in a giant ziplock bag, add in 1tbsp olive or coconut oil and salt&pepper, mix up, and bake them at 425 degrees for about 25ish minutes 😋
