Love to change it up and use different equipment. This one is 8lbs wall ball. I did a quick HIIT for 20 minutes and was sweating like crazy 😉
Set you timer for 45 sec work and 15 second break for 4 rounds( 20 intervals)
5 exercises
1.Wall Ball Squat and Toss Up
2.Side Wall Ball Toss right side
3.Side Wall Ball Toss left side
4.Sit Up with a Toss
5.Plank with toe taps

Hi guys!This is a great do anywhere workout. It consists of 4 exercises. Do 4-5 rounds of 30 sec work and 30 sec off( if you are advanced you can do 45 sec work and 15 sec off). Great to do if you don't have enough time or equipment and in between your strength training sessions! Enjoy!

You can exercise 2 hours a day and still not lose the weight. Nutrition is really the key.
