VEGETABLES that are acceptable (imho) for testosterone enhancement are fewer and further between than most believe.

Most vegetables, by nature do not want to be eaten. This becomes painfully obvious to anyone trying to eat a raw diet of veggies when their bloating, weak, flatulent, constipated or disintery ridden bodies become impossible to ignore. Why does this happen? Well like most living things that don't want to be food, veggies have built in defenses in the form of toxins and tough exteriors to prevent being palatable to any would be consumer. This is why nearly all veggies must be cooked well prior to being eaten by humans as we do not have the digestive capabilities to break down these resistant compounds like some animals do.

Even still, cooking vegetables doesn't make all of them conducive to testosterone enhancement. Instead of telling you all the ins and outs about the bad ones, I'll just give you the inside on the only ones I consume.
----------------------------- My favorite on this list is white button mushrooms. A directly anti estrogen food, containing high amounts of selenium (responsible for producing glutathione), and has been attributed to a 65% reduction in developing prostate cancer as well as inhibiting breast cancer growth by a smaller margin. Mushrooms absolutely MUST be cooked before consumption! They contain highly carcinogenic compounds like agartine and hydrazine in their raw forms. luckily, cooking mushrooms well reduces these compounds to safe levels. I personally boil sliced mushrooms for an hour, then drain and freeze them so they are on hand to heat up and add to anything mushrooms would go good with. Since they are an anti-aromatase food (prevents testosterone from becoming estrogen) I like to eat them at two different times in the day; with breakfast , when testosterone levels are their highest, and with dinner to be sure that as inflammatory processes take place during the night to recover tissues, any aromatizing products will hopefully be neutralized.
