✨Keep it SIMPLE✨
This is a great example of being able to get your heart rate up, break a sweat & even burn a few calories.
✨ When I walk Indy I find little places for push ups, jumping jacks, box jumps, etc.
✨ Do 3 sets of 15-30 seconds! 👇👇👇
👉 Keep your knees and toes tracking in the same direction. (Watch knees swinging wide or falling in)
👉 Arms are 1/2 your body- USE THEM! Not only does this encourage core strength & balance but also works the arms & shoulders
👉 Height can be anywhere from a couple inches to a couple feet!
