GOT FAAAAR TO INTO THIS BEAT🎶

Aimed for 8x side to side jumps, 4 single leg hops, 4 single leg hops, finished with 4 alternating leg skips!
Repeated for the whole Chorus of the song until slow part where I either DIED catching my breath😅 or slow skipped!

Why is skipping good?
Mixes up your usual cardio routine and creates a higher heart rate as the body is in shock from adaptation!😁
