Drinking 6 salads 🥗 that tastes like a salted caramel frapp with a side of cinnamon raisin toast, because #carbsarelife...duh. 😋
Now don't get it twisted...I still eat plenty of healthy veggies, fruits, protein & fats throughout the day, but I also know that my body isn't getting all the nutrients it NEEDS just from my food alone, so I supplement with my superfoods every. single. day.
