But if you don’t know why you’re jumping or where you’re jumping to... then why jump? Now, the more accurate the goal the more likely you are of realizing it - so take some time and figure out specifically what you’d be willing to suffer for.

Vegan cheese also contains significantly more ingredients than the dairy cheese. Since vegan cheese cannot contain casein, it’s made from soy protein, vegetable oil, nutritional yeast, thickening agar flakes, tapioca flour, vegetable glycerin, bacterial cultures & pea protein. A huge misconception of being vegan is that all we must eat is veggies and we must be super healthy but in actual fact you can easily be a junk food vegan! That's why I love throwing everything I have in a pan and ending up with a plate of nutritious but tasty food! Bland vegetables aren't thay amazing ALL of the time so spice them up a bit! Today I had spiralised butternut squash, spinach, green beans, peas, sweetcorn, carrots & lentils. Added chopped tomatoes, fresh garlic and basil and added some pulled 'chicken' for added protein and it's honestly so flavoursome! Nothing artificial at all. Great as a side or a main! Great way for kids to eat their veggies too 🌱 and remember.. it's plants thay flavour everything! 😉

I've not posted anything here for nearly 2 weeks. I've had what I thought was a cold, but it was pleurisy which has meant no training for me 😭 I think I'm on the mend, but it's left me feeling absolutely exhausted & can only manage walking at the minute. I'll be back training soon though - in the meantime, I'm going to be scoffing these to get my strength back up 💪

Super nourishing. Again, I love breaking-my-fast with fruits. After getting into raw veganism and doing all the research of that nutrition regime, I see fruits as so so healing, powerful, and nourishing. What’s so crazy to think about is how bananas used to be a fear food of mine.... bananas, people. That’s how brainwashed I got from all these accounts I followed and even research articles that would take about how high bananas are in sugar, how that’s bad, how they’re so carby, how they can be detrimental to your digestive system, and the like. ITS A FRUIT. A NATURAL, WHOLE FOOD that has so many nutrients to offer. I have a banana literally everyday now once I said f*** not listening to myself. It really helps with my energy and digestion and nevermind there’s no better ingredient for a thick smoothie than a nice naner🔑.
