sooooo this is the best toast I’ve EVER had. like EVER. 🤩 I used @honeyhi gluten free sourdough + 💥HOMEMADE ALMOND CASHEW BUTTER💥 + caramelized bananas + cacao nibs + bee pollen + pink salt 🤤💯 while I was making the nut butter yesterday, I wasn’t sure that all of the effort was worth it.........it was. 🍴ORGANIC SPROUTED ALMOND CASHEW BUTTAAAA🍴
✨1/2 cup raw organic almonds
✨1/2 cup raw organic cashews
✨1 tsp coconut oil
✨1/4 tsp cinnamon
✨pinch of pink salt
👉🏼soak nuts in water in a closed container and store in the fridge overnight. remove almonds and « dehydrate » in the oven at 170 for ~6 hours (or longer if you’re patient). roast cashews in the oven at 350 for ~25 min until golden brown. combine nuts in a good processor and blend for ~10 minutes (it takes a while for the nuts to break down). once it has almost reached the correct consistency, add melted oil + cinnamon + salt. store in the fridge.
