one whole chicken 4-5 lbs.
Leave skin on and season outside of chicken on all sides with everything except the fresh rosemary.
Liberally season the inside of the chicken cavity with everything and the fresh rosemary.
Bake the chicken on the top rack, uncovered with breast side up, at 425 degrees for about 1 hour and 20 minutes to produce a very juicy bird with a crispy skin!
