This afternoon in Portland. Some places are indelible in my memory, but it sure is nice to revisit it in real life, especially on a day as gorgeous as this.

I've spent a lot of time lately working on myself, discovering new things, getting out of my comfort zone creatively, and really actively trying to create some things purely for myself and not just for others.
Also, plan on seeing more of my face on here... I never have many photos of myself because I'm always the person behind the camera, but always look back and find myself wishing I was in more of the pictures. So thanks to @carpaltunnelvision I've been getting used to the other side of the camera lately ❤📸

Hello Maine 😍
#CapeElizabeth #Maine

Every morning should start like this #rubharb #waffles 🌷

The dichotomy between sky and sea is like the interdisciplinary studies of yin and yang. While the sky and sea are viewed as separate entities there is no way for them to exist in isolation of each other. Each supports its own diverse ecosystems and plethora of wildlife. Each has its own dynamic range of tones and shades that deviate from the stereotypical blue sky, blue water and reflect a mood. Their intersection on the horizon is like a refresh button. The horizon produces new days and new variants of the blue while swallowing old days whole- wiping any trace of that particular set of tones and shades and creating a clean easel for the next day.

Shot in Cape Elizabeth

We met fellow survivor, Carole, in #CapeElizabeth #portland #maine and saw several #lighthouses before having a great dinner (lobster roll) and waited out a big storm that came in off the ocean ... it was pretty cool to watch and thankful we didn’t have to drive through much of it. #tbi #survivorsROCK

Amy and I had an amazing time touring up the #Maine #SeaCoast yesterday. We made our way up to #Pemaquid #lighthouse where we had lunch (crab cakes and chowder) before heading back down to #Portland and #CapeElizabeth where we had to wait out a nasty storm which we watched come in over the #ocean #NewEngland #MyNewEngland #TBI #braininjury #SurvivorsROCK

God, I may not understand how everything will work out but I trust you.
I don’t see the way but I know you will make the way.

I have faith that at this very moment you are touching hearts, opening doors, and LIGHTING the way to GUIDE us toward our destined paths.

We went to dinner and I got to experience a #lobsterRoll it was fun to catch up with her in her home town in #NewEngland #tbi #survivorsROCK
