We all set course on a #fitnessjourney with this vision of what we will look like at the end of any program. In our minds were set on someone else's progress picture and we imagine ourselves looking like that person or close to it. You have to remove any expectations of what your results would've been because it might lead you to disappointment or wanting to give up. Everyone's chapter looks a little different, yours is unique to your own life. As much as I want more out of my progress I have to remind myself of what my days and life looks like. And that right now I AM giving my life the best I can. #teamselflove2017
I went from ZERO exercise to 5 days a week, I went from emotional eating to mindful healthy nutrition, I went from not believing I can make changes to experiencing growth in all areas of my life in the past 3 years. ✨No matter what always remember transformation is a process, and as life happens there will be tons of ups and downs. ✨ It's a journey of discovery and reinventing yourself from one chapter to the next. #gofitjo
