2nd time out and went from 6 miles to just shy of 20 miles this time (19.26 miles). Altitude change of 773 ft, avg speed of 12+mph top speed of 28+. Ride time 1:35hr total time out 2:30hr (breaks and photos lol)
I had a nice ride today. I was able to clock my pedal revolutions. About 95 rpm average is comfortable for me. If I get past 100 rpm, I start to get bouncy. I'm not sure if that means I'm fat, my form isn't right, my bike isn't set up properly, or maybe it's just normal. Does this happen to you when you ride?
Here's the Relive from my ride up in Seoul today. It was a short ride because i had business and got a late start, but the new bike rack performed flawlessly! So now I know I can take my bicycle anywhere in Korea!
