Sundays are my days to prepare for my busy week ahead. I feel good when all my lunch meals are organized and ready to heat and go. Meal prepping is the key to my weight-loss journey. Honestly there really isn't a way around it.. Working full time and on call part time, plus gym during the week would have an affect on my portion controls. Meal prep takes a bit of your time, but those few hours will pay off during the week and it will save you money and weight loss eating fast food and cafeteria unhealthy foods.
