Ingredients:
9 egg whites
1 cup @nuzest_usa's Unflavored Protein (code: lilsipper)
1/4 cup fine ground psyllium husk

Directions:
✏️Beat egg white with an electric mixer or stand mixer until fluffy and peaks form (about 2-3 minutes).
✏️Mix @nuzest_usa protein and psyllium together then gently fold into bowl with egg whites.
✏️Line a standard bread loaf pan with parchment paper and pour in batter.
✏️Bake @ 325 F. for about 30 minutes.

Okay ladies. I promised to give some insight and tips for a healthier vagina as well as talk about my weight gain journey. First item pictured is my Candida Cleanse that I got from Whole Foods. All natural and organic it helps restore you back to a healthy ph balance and also helps with strengthening your bodies natural response to imbalance. The second item is my tea tree oil. I use it for everything. It's an antifungal that cleans up hair bumps (yes even on your vagina), fungal infections, acne, bad breath (I have a mouth wash), cold sores etc. I usually use a different brand but this works as well. The maca root you see pictured is new. I was told it'll help balance my hormones, increase sexual function and libido, and can even promote fullness in your breasts which is honestly what I'm shooting for. And finally soy milk. I have both vanilla and original. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS WITHOUT LOOKING UP POSSIBLE SIDE EFFECTS. I'm drinking it as soy contains estrogen which I'm hoping to help with my weight gain however, too much estrogen can lead to cancer and other issues. Once I'm done with these two cartons I will not be drinking it any further. Made myself a ginormous plate of heart-healthy, #candidadiet-friendly #nachos last night AND today with homemade rutabaga chips! It took way longer than expected, but it was so worth it. 15 minute chicken and veggie bake!
Pinterest is pretty much my best friend right now while I'm on this cleanse and this one is a gem!
2 medium chicken breasts, chopped
1 cup bell peppers, chopped
1/2 onion, chopped
1 zucchini, chopped
1 cup broccoli florets
1/2 cup tomatoes
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon paprika

Throw everything in a baking dish, drizzle with olive oil and seasonings and bake at 500 degrees for 15 min.

Here’s what you need:
1 package Cajun style andouille sausage (you can find a similar style turkey sausage, which is what I personally use)
1 cup diced onion
1 cup diced bell pepper
¼ tsp Cajun seasoning
1 ½ cups (dry) quinoa
1 – 32 oz carton/can organic chicken broth

What you do:
1). Place all ingredients in a 6 quart crockpot and stir to combine.
2). Cook on low for 5 ½ - 6 hours or on high for 3 hours.
3). Stir & serve.

Back from my holiday and took the morning off as didn't get home until 1am! So ready to be back and eating healthily again. I wasn't overly bad in Croatia, but chocolate did appear a few times...and a couple of slices of (terrible) GF bread.
