Each week there are around 60 group sessions either at the Studio in Queanbeyan or outdoors around Canberra. Coached group run sessions, privately booked bootcamps, open bootcamps and indoor training.
I genuinely believe the exposure through winter for all those groups is a positive thing. A healthy thing.
It’s not easy, but it’s invigorating, and so much easier knowing a group of friendly faces is waiting for you.
This past few weeks have been particularly icy, but all puns, from the Coaches, the Trainers and everybody getting their fitness on, have been doing a fantastic job staying in touch with what’s important.
