Some of you may be wondering if I kept up the #netball.....yes I am! I'm absolutely LOVING it 😃 I now play on a Mon & Tues and I'm part of two lovely teams. .
I'm also still going to the gym, although not as much as I've gotta fit it around netball/work/home/kids and my husband as he also goes to the gym. I have however done my first #kettlecise class and LOVED it!! I love anything weight training based so this ticked my boxes. It was tough as it is circuit based kettlebell training but it was great so that is my Thursday nights sorted 😆 .
Although I'm a sense exercise has slowed my losses down I feel sooo much better now I'm comfortably able to exercise. It's helping improve my #mentalhealth and giving me something to look forward to each week. I think sometimes we can get so consumed by the scales that we need to take a step back and look at the bigger picture. I am a happier, healthier person than I was on March 7th when I started this journey and it's for more reasons than just the lbs that I've lost 😌 .
So whatever YOUR doing keep going! Look past the scale, keep focused on what you want to achieve and you WILL get there 🙌🏼
