The first day we were in Kyoto was such nice weather that we decided to combine 2 days of activities into one. That means WALKING x2! First up was Kiyomizu-dera Temple which had a lot of stairs. But then we hit up the famous Fushimi Inari-taisha which is trail of toriis all the way up to the summit of Mt. Inari. We did the whole route, y’all!! 💪🏼 #calvesofsteel -

Whee my face is slimming down nicely 😋🤗😎 Typical leg day, ran over 8.5 miles on the treadmill, did 500 leg presses at 200 lbs, 500 hip abductors at 230 lbs, and 3 sets of 12 barbell deadlifts at 60 lbs.. so I just started learning deadlifts and am trying to get my form correctly, please send me videos on how to do them! 🤩🤩🤩 I can pick up men up to 200 lbs before I even started working out, I can't wait to see how much I can lift in a few weeks. So it rained like cats & dogs today now getting to the gym is more hassle for me as I don’t drive , so it’s takes me 20 minutes to walk to my home gym 247 fitness & going Foundry gym in the mornings is more of a mission for me takes me 40 minutes to get there including the bus ride because it’s not in my home town I specifically choose to come here because it suits my training needs more ( I usually catch a taxi here twice a week in the evenings & then @therealru @samdhillon_ would bring me back home in there cars .
Cost me a small fortune training here but it will pay off in the future I’m certain of that. Now when your level of fitness is not sitting in sauna & steam room now you know why I’m growing stronger each day it’s not just therapy. It’s a dream I’m chasing.
Leg extensions my last drop set as you can see I’m hammered though I choose to train on my own believe it’s these sets where most people tend to give up on there own . If you find yourself giving up just remember why your here & how far you have come & how much more you can accomplish the harder the burn the more you grow.
Never stop believing in yourself you are so much more 💯💯
