MOST RECENT

W2 D1 required snatch waves along with heavy CnJ. Top sets of my snatches at 225lb~102kg and 230lb~104.5kg which we’re both good!!! In the 2nd vid 270lb~122.7kg make, 275lb/125kg miss and 280lb~127.2kg almost make, it was so close and the jerk fell short in front and it was such a freaking battle. I love my new Romaleos 3 they felt so light!
PS. Thanks to @thenotoriousdpt for opening me up and taking care of some nagging issues I had in my body. I will definitely post up some videos of his work on me, stay tuned!

We don't really have blocks, so I improvised 🙃 this was my first time trying to snatch from blocks and it felt pretty awkward. Almost as awkward as the weight falling at the end of the set.
