1 x MR 10 at 80% followed by 5 x 3 at 80% +2.5 kg 60 secs between sets. Paying for yesterday’s sins with loss of depth. Did 3 x 8 pause squats to spend some more time in the hole. Program then called for 3 x 8 deadlift variation. 💀💀💀by volume. Proceeded directly to a session with @doworkurt to work on some ankle and hip issues. Had opportunity to explore the French language with him.
