It's been a tough week so far (It's only Tuesday haha). Since Thursday every day has felt like an uphill battle. I've not really helped myself either, I've not prepped as much, not been as thorough with calorie counting, and I'm the only one that can do those things. This might be the first week in 10 where I have a gain, but even if that's the case, at least I'm acknowledging it, owning it, and knowing that the only person who can help me is me. Accepting that this path is hard and it probably always will be and that to fuck up now and again is ok, and when you do to not plague yourself with guilt.
I'm saying I had a bad week, this week is NOTHING compared to what a bad week used to look like, think fuck it and eat whatever, drink aaaalll the wine prob throw in a large dominoes 🙈😂 Sometimes it's all about perspective and 90% of the time, I'm doing pretty good.
