Finisher: Barbell Incline Press into Dumbbell Incline Flies into Dumbbell Hammer Press into Wide Push-ups: 4X15
We had an amazing chest workout today. Really was nice to take a break from studying and hit the gym. It was a great way to take the mind off of studying and focus on something else for a couple hours. Hope everyone had a great Monday!!! Stay Motivated and God Bless.
