Today’s clip: Weighted dips with 80 pounds for 5 reps.
Weighted dips will give you a great upper body workout and will significantly improve your bench press lockout strength. Start adding weight once you can do sets of 5 reps with your bodyweight. If you can’t do dips with your bodyweight, start doing them on the assisted dip/pull up machine and work on strengthening your chest and triceps with other exercises like the bench press. 🏋🏻‍♂️COACHING🏋🏼‍♀️
