Handstand push up reps are increasing. I started doing them about 2 months or a month ago and the progress is showing. Remember that if you ever want to acheive something all it takes is to start and keep improving!! SO DON'T WASTE ANY TIME AND START NOW!!!!
60kg dips for my last set of 5X5 training to build strength! Next week, 62.5kg!! Gotta keep increasing the difficulty as we go along in order to progress. Control is the key with weight. If you rush your reps the weight can swing and throw off your balance. Stay strong and train hard guys and girls!

Started doing some weighted pull ups to increase my strength and hopefully my reps with regular pull ups! Whatever you have to do to get to where you want to be . . . DO IT . . . Except steroids. You don't need those to be an exceptional calisthenics athlete!

Having fun in the sun a few months back. Always fun trying out new things that you've never attempted before. Always play it safe when trying out acrobatics or anything similar but don't be afraid to try new things. Most skills seem impossible to begin with but as you start practicing it all becomes clear . . . HARD WORK ALWAYS PAYS OFF!
The L-sit is a great exercise to strengthen your abs for more advanced calisthenics moves! Whatever your goals are push yourself to achieve them, no matter what it takes.
