Last week was 5X5 with 60kg and this week 5X5 with 62.5!!! Making awesome progress! Can't wait to hit 70kg for 5X5

A ideia é deixar a coluna reta, ombros pra trás e cotovelos esticados, conforme nos inclinamos para frente a intensidade aumenta (e a dor tbm 😩), não force muito, mas também não fique na zona de conforto !

60kg dips for my last set of 5X5 training to build strength! Next week, 62.5kg!! Gotta keep increasing the difficulty as we go along in order to progress. Control is the key with weight. If you rush your reps the weight can swing and throw off your balance. Stay strong and train hard guys and girls!

Started doing some weighted pull ups to increase my strength and hopefully my reps with regular pull ups! Whatever you have to do to get to where you want to be . . . DO IT . . . Except steroids. You don't need those to be an exceptional calisthenics athlete!
