☀️ The past week has been challenging. I have always wanted to live near the beach in #California , so in 2015 I had a great manager who approved me working from home so I could basically make my dream come true.
We left behind our business that my husband manages, all of our friends & family and headed West! Cali was everything I thought it would be and more. They say to "bloom where your planted" and that happiness isn't a place, but for ME it was! The daily sunshine, regular hikes in the mountains and tons of time at the beach was beyond therapeutic. I found myself smiling all of the time, growing spiritually and spending my time with like minded people who supported and shared my dreams.
While my husband and son were also happy and loving the #calilife our business in Ohio was failing without my hubby being there to physically manage it and our son was really missing his friends and the type of school system he was used to. So once our lease was up, we made the decision to return to #Ohio to revamp the business and allow our son to finish school with his friends in his comfort zone.
Despite the depressing weather, we got home and things took a turn for the better with the business and our son's grades and overall happiness. Unfortunately, for ME, this last week I have been faced with extreme regret on moving back. I started to feel myself falling back into old bad habits, unlike my healthy lifestyle in #losangeles ... I don't check mail often, because it's always junk. I needed a lunch walk outside, since weather is good. Went to mailbox and received this! A literal bottle of #Cheer along with a note from one of my leaders congratulating me on a recent rank advancement.
Instead of heading right back home, I stopped by our pond sat down, huffed (lol) my new Cheer and meditated.
Am I cured of my sad feelings completely? No. I do feel so much better though. Moral of the story, my leader brightened my day & revived my hope in the overall plan which is getting my azz back to Cali the SECOND our son graduates and KILLING this #dōTERRA #essentialoils business! Moral of the story, do something nice for someone if you can! It could really brighten their day! ☀️
