I'm currently eating 7 servings of protein a day, plenty of veggies and a healthy carb or healthy fat. I am NEVER hungry! I love my new nutrition plan! 🙌🏼🥗🥒🥑🥙 . .
I would like to also point out that I am trying this new fitness program/meal plan because I want to CHALLENGE my body and take it to a whole new level. Sure I've heard some offensive comments from people already, stating that I shouldn't lose any more weight or that I look "fine" the way I currently appear to them. Not my goal! I don't want to appeal to YOU - I am doing this for me. ❤️💋
