It's been 9 weeks since I did deadlifts. Only been using bodyweight exercises for my lower body training eg. Pistol squats, sissy squats, jump squats/lunges. As this isn't my main focus now its nice to see some solid strength still holding up in there. 😁🤔 🏋️♂️ #caligains
