A little flashback to one of the most amazing days of my life. I felt like a literal princess on my wedding day and so beautiful! That's the thing about a health journey, you're beautiful every step of the way, but there's no shame in working toward something.
For me, it started with my mentality, I desperately wanted to feel confident and believe in myself and my ability to commit to something. Something I hadn't ever done for myself besides my commitment in my vows. 4 years I've been doing my best to live a life of balance. I still eat all my favorite foods, enjoy a drink now and again and live life to the fullest! But I think that's the confusion with getting healthier "i don't want to stop eating my favorite foods." "I don't want to feel restricted." Stop making excuses and start making your journey your OWN! It's not about eating like a fucking rabbit and working out for 4 hours a day 😂😂😂 all this was, was an 80/20 lifestyle, 30 mins a day, and a commitment to doing my best. YOU can too dude 🤙🏼🤙🏼🖤
📩email me if you want some guidance tho! I got you homie. 🖤🖤💋
