Ahhhhh ...eating healthy can totally suck ... can’t it? I’m only on day 2 of this 80 Day program and I will not lie when I say my daughters PB&J is definitely taunting me!😳
But here’s the thing, two years ago before I started doing these programs I really didn’t know much about nutrition. In fact I used to go the gym and then come home and eat PB&Js, chips, a ton of cheese, Peanut M&Ms, carb after carb... I wish I was kidding, but it’s totally true! I thought that since I had just “worked out” it was okay for me to eat all that junk! And although I wasn’t in the worst shape I knew I wasn’t getting the results I really wanted!
So here I sit, not really feeling this lunch, BUT deep down I’m know it’ll get me where I want to be! And most importantly it’s going to make me feel a whole lot better than the junk I used to eat would. .
Nutrition is the hardest part for me you guys ... having a plan keeps me on track. And I love seeing all the variations in my bootcamp of the meals from the other ladies ...helps me think of new meals to make! I hate to cook and there is no creativity in me with it so ...I need some inspiration😜!
I know I preach balance, but I also believe in picking and choosing what you indulge in and at this point I’m passing on Miss Sassy Pants’ food 🙌🏻. No Transformation Tuesday post today as my next one is currently in the making!
