I've been working on an 8-Week Bring Spring Challenge 🌸🤗 Details 👉🏼 ➖Beginner friendly but also challenging for those experienced with weight lifting. ➖5 Day Full Body Training Split (2 Lower Body Days, 1 Circuit Training Day, & 2 Upper Body Days) ➖2 Four Week Phases of Workouts. (Meaning half way through the challenge your workout split changes completely).
➖Nutritional guidance that includes an example grocery haul/list of helpful foods + easy & quick meal ideas. ➖Access to a Facebook group where I can answer any general questions that you guys have, encouragement from other girls who will also be participating in the challenge, and a place to keep yourself accountable.
➖An explanation of IIFYM for those who chose to utilize it (what is iifym, how to figure out your own macros, how to manipulate them as time goes by, etc). However this challenge does NOT require you to track your macros, nor will it be focused on it. More so it will focus on having a well-balanced, healthy, and maintainable way of eating. ➖Cardio examples/ Recommendations ➖Supplements explanation and recommendation.
➖This will work for anyone who wants to lose fat or build muscle. ➖Sign ups will be open on my website maryanadvorska.com April 3rd and the challenge will begin April 10th! ➖Spots will be limited. ➖This challenge does not include weekly email check ins with me, only the Facebook group.
➖& finally at the end I will pick a winner to receive a $100.00 @gymshark gift card + a $50.00 lululemon gift card, based off of how involved/encouraging/helpful someone was in this challenge, along with how much progress they've made both mentally and physically (This does NOT mean someone who's lost the most fat, more so how strong someone has become, and the overall shift they've had from the beginning to the end of the challenge).
