Leafing through #btparsons book Amaro and I came across Juniper #3. I don't think I've tried this one yet. Barrel-aged gin and Campari, I'm in!! Juniper #3
1 oz barrel-aged gin #caledoniaspirits .75 oz Rothman and Winter Orchard Apricot Liqueur
.5 oz #campariofficial
.75 oz lemon juice
Pinch of salt
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with a large ice cube. Shake until chilled and strain into a chilled double old-fashioned glass.
