Take time out of your schedule and do something for yourself. Put away your phone, tomorrow's to-do list, and be still. Lay in your body for a few minutes and find gratitude in the moment.
We often forget to look at the good, the accomplishments, and the smiles we have received throughout the day. Instead we compare ourselves to others and anticipate the many things we must get done the next day, week, and month... building up chronic stress in our bodies.
This stress manifests in different ways and causes physical complications in regards to weight and even disease. Set aside some me time. You'll thank yourself later. #monday
