It wasn't until I attended Heal Thyself Bali retreat that I realised I held my breath A LOT, Too Much!! Tyler shared with us an effective tool to help us oxygenated our bodies and the benefits have been noticed! 💛 I've never been a runner, if you see me running you should be running too, cause something must be chasing me behind!! 😂 since the retreat I've been able to get through high cardio classes without a tight chest or getting wheezy(no puffer needed), I'm able to run/jog for 20mins, which is a Huge achievement for me 😆 and when under stress or brain isn't working so well, I stop and breath! I'm grateful for this tool 🌈❤️💛💚💙💜
