I can hear the gasps of horror, but wait.
I'm always talking about identifying foods, knowing what's in it and then you're set. So what's in this?
I made this tart last night.
The base: oats, mixed nuts and cocoa powder.
The filling: peanut butter and Greek yoghurt.
The chocolate top: melted coconut oil and cocoa.
In a nutshell, the base is full of energy in nuts and oats, plus full of vitamins.
The filling is , good bacteria and peanut butter again energy dense.
So, what's the lesson...... IDENTIFY what's going in your mouth.
