here's a little throw back to when i slit my thumb open and my finger "guts" came out. i pushed them back in and just athletic tape taped it lol. Im back to normal now. But if you touch the scar i do feel a weird tingle go through my thumb haha
the post workout steak meal. I seasoned both sides with pepper, garlic salt, worcestershire sauce, and splenda. Seared both side for 5 minutes. then i drizzled less than a teaspoon of honey on 1 side and a drizzle of citrus ponzu.
and i ate a 1/2 a bag of the pre made salad that i added dried mixed berries to it. i had no dressing. I used the steak juice.
