Im all about integrated storage (especially in small spaces). You know what’s not sexy? Clutter. So hide it all in sleek cabinetry. Here we hid an ironing board in an upper cabinet fully wired with a plug so you wont get tangled up in your cord. Also.... the backsplash 😍
It’s all about this @saltillotiles cement tile backsplash in the laundry room at #projecthammond ...in fact we built the entire room around this tile 👊🏼
More proof I don’t hate red 😜❤️🙏🏼 anything by past the fridge used to be the old office. It’s now an open airy prep station and pantry.
It’s nice to have a cozy little eat in nook in a kitchen when you can. We updated the furniture, paint color, lighting, and flooring in this one to jive with the new sleek lines of the. Kitchen. Swipe left for the before.
I’m almost every big kitchen transformation we need to steal a little space from an adjoining room to give that big, open, airy look. Here we took out what was a small, Unused office and made it a pantry (some closed and some open storage). Swipe left to see the before.
Back to our regularly scheduled program... I give you the kitchen reveal at #projecthammond Swipe left for vision board and before picture. We went from builder basic to super sleek and high end. The homeowners wanted a really modern look here so went with a mix of high gloss white lacquered cabinets and wood grain laminate. The counters are white quartz on the perimeter and stainless steel and glass on the island. The backsplash is a porcelain slab. We went with a concrete looking tile on the floor and voila. Modern and minimal.
