#cablekickbacks Probably in the top 5 ig booty building exercises 😂🍑 lol but seriously, it's such a great workout when you want to isolate each cheek. And since it's on cables, I can easily hit any angle of my glutes. I like to do a moderate weight so that it's challenging but so I'm also able to control my movements; I usually do 4x12 for each leg! Keep a small bend in the knee and squeeze that cheek, girl! Careful on the lower back though, I try to find a happy medium between slightly arching at the top but also keeping my spine aligned.
