I don't really enjoy cooking after work, but it doesn't help when I am a picky eater 🙈 This meal is super easy and very quick to make: Cauliflower steak with cauliflower puree, quinoa with parsley and some veggies on the side!
Our refreshing Summer Cabbage Salad with edamame, mango vinaigrette dressing, and crispy wonton strips to top! Lunch is calling.
Pink apple and cabbage salad 🌷 . ~ shred half a purple cabbage and a large apple and optional onion ~ add 4 tbsp of your favourite seeds (e.g. pumpkin, sunflower, sesame...) and a handful of raisins ~ make a dressing by adding a tbsp mustard, juice of 2 lemons, 3 tbsp tahini ~ massage everything together with your hands ~ top with some sprouts . #cabbagesalad#pinksalad#yummyfood#healthy
