This weeks was all about plated dessert. We had a demo, and then we hade to make a work plan and DRAW how to plate the dessert. I can’t tell you it was easy - the drawing thing. We had to do it on our iPad.. Oh well. We made everything from scratch. On the plate you can see • chocolate mousse made with milk chocolate, cacao nibs crumble, peach compote, microwave yoghurt sponge, two chocolate decorations one “flower” and one spiral. This was good, but something acidic was needing.
