I'm a hot sweaty mess and my hair is bigger than ever, but...at least I got my workout in! I was super low on energy today, and what was originally supposed to be a kicka$$ leg day turned into me creating a total body circuit in order to get it together. It was fun and ended up being an effective, quick workout! Can't beat that!
If you're short on time or a tad low on energy (or motivation) like I was today, get your butt to the gym anyway and try out this fun total body workout! 💪🏽 Here's what I did: ✅ I chose 5-7 exercises, performed each exercise back to back with no rest (keeping the intensity high, mind focused on the workout, no downtime to BS between sets) ✅ and then jumped on cardio for 5 min ✅ jumped off cardio and did another round of the 5-7 exercises. ✅ Repeat this until you've completed a total of 3-5 rounds! ✅ An example of exercises to include: squat jumps, walking lunges, bent over row, standing shoulder press, squats, curls, push-ups, and more! Add in compound movements or pick 1-2 exercises per major muscle group and work it!
