To be successful in running, you need your brain to support you.
10 or 15 minutes each day will help you to build up mental strength.
For example: put yourself in a relaxed state (sitting or lying) and take deep breaths. Now, let yourself have an imaginary journey. Create an image in your mind of what you want to achieve (in your running). And then imagine doing the run while having positive feelings of self-confidence, energy and strength. Motivate yourself, let yourself know you can do it – because you can!
You as runners should know it best: you need your feet. But how do you treat them? You walk or run every day, sometimes for miles, sometimes you wear the wrong shoes and they hurt, sweat or you get blisters.
But your feet, they take it all and carry you wherever you want.
So take care! When you clean them in the evening, use a moisturizer – rub it into the skin until your feet feel soft and smooth. It is a great massage at the same time. Make your feet happy!
