Today's lunch was a 'breakfast burrito' with additional salad 💚 *
RECIPE: Wholegrain tortilla (small) filled with 2x bacon medallions, 2 boiled eggs (I would have had scrambled if it wasn't a cold on-the-move lunch), avocado, red onion, baby spinach, coriander and sriracha. *
Extra salad to serve (and I had my cheese with the salad instead of in the burrito 🧀 *
As the tortilla is small (only 20g carbs) this was still a low carb meal 😍 *
