🖤 Seriously though it's ALWAYS great to stretch no matter how you do it, where you do it and even how much Time you spend doing it because at the end of the day it's ⓨⓞⓤⓡ ⓟⓡⓐⓒⓣⓘⓒⓔ...and that's #allthatmatters 🖤 *I try to find a stretch in EVERYTHING I do, even something as simple as rolling the shoulders down the back and away from the ears, sitting up straight, etc*
