Pasta time!!! Since I only eat out, I've forced myself to change the habit a bit. So I cooked myself a wholesome meal!
Easy, simple and tasty! .
- olive oil
- 6 cloves of garlic
- handful of sage
- haricots verts
- 250 gr. of shrimps - mushrooms
- blue cheese (gorgonzola)
- thick cream
- crème fraîche - big pasta! Always tastes better!
Bring to boil a big pan of water, when it starts boiling add salt. As I've learned, don't be afraid to add salt. The water should taste like the sea!
Boil the haricots verts separately, until cooked firm to the bite.
In a pan:
Add the butter and oil, let the butter melt. Add the garlic and sage and let them shimmer on low fire until your kitchen smells like an Italian restaurant.
Now add the shrimps, bake them shortly. Add the haricots verts. Check what degree of "done" suits you best. Add the mushrooms and let it rest with the lit on the pan for 5 minutes, so they can shrink.
Now it's time to add the gorgonzola or any other blue cheese that you like. Add the thick cream and crème fraîche. Let is cook until the thickness of the sauce is to your satisfactory. Not too liquid, not too thick.
Put the pasta on a plate and put the sauce on top of the pasta. Name of the dish?
